Enlisted at London on the 18th of February 1837, joining the Depot at Maidstone on the 27th of February.

Service

Embarked for India on the 27th of June 1837, joining the regiment at Bangalore on the 8th of October. Returned to England aboard the "Lady Flora" in June of 1840.

Killed in action at Balaclava, 25th October 1854.

Medals & commemorations

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasps for Alma, Balaclava and Sebastopol.

Death & burial

Killed in action at Balaclava, 25th October 1854.

No details of any next of kin, etc., are shown.
