Sent to Scutari on the 16th of September 1854 and to rejoin the regiment on the 23rd of November.
There is no indication of just when he went to Scutari for the second time, the regimental muster roll showing him as being paid by the regiment from the 1st of January 1855 and recording his death on the 9th of March. [sic]
Died at Scutari on the 11th of March 1855.
Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol.
Lummis and Wynn state an entitlement to "no clasps", but he is to be found on the Sebastopol clasp roll.
