Promoted to Regimental Sergeant Major on the 6th of July 1852.

Gazetted as Quartermaster on the 10th of November 1854.

Died "in the Crimea" on the 13th of November 1854.

Medals

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasps for Alma, Balaclava, Inkerman and Sebastopol.

Died "in the Crimea" on the 13th of November 1854.
