[RM: A man of this name LYNES is shown in the IGI index as being christened on 04 May 1834 at Dagnall Lane Old Meeting-Presbyterian or Unitarian, Saint Albans, Hertford. He is shown as being born on 7th April 1834, son of John Lynes and Sarah. But, conflicting with this, is a further entry showing a Luke LINES as being christened on 22 September 1839 at Saint Michael, Saint Albans, Hertford to the same parents.]
