Enlisted at Dublin on the 9th of June 1854.

Trade: Clerk.

No other details are shown.

Service

Joined the regiment in the Crimea on the 29th of April 1855.

Tried by a District Court-martial for "being asleep on his post." Awarded 36 days imprisonment, with hard labour.

Discharge & pension

Discharged on the "Reduction of the Regiment", from Dundalk on the 28th of February 1856.

Served 2 years 34 days.

Conduct: "Bad." Not in possession of any Good Conduct badges.

Medals

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol.

Not recorded by Lummis and Wynn.
