Joined the regiment in the Crimea on the 25th of May 1855.
Tried by a District Court-martial on the 12th of February 1856 for "being drunk and offering violence to a superior." Awarded 28 days imprisonment
with hard labour.
"Deserted" from Brighton on the 18th of June 1856 and had rejoined the regiment on the 17th of December 1857.
"Escaped from the Guard-Room," on the 24th of December 1857.
Can find no further trace to 1879.
Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol.
