EJB: Lummis and Wynn confuse this man with No. 2218 Thomas Henry Robinson, who did not enlist until the 27th of August 1855 and whose service details correspond with those they show for 1600 Thomas Robinson. The former had no claim to the Crimean medal.
Transferred to the 2nd Dragoon Guards at Hounslow on the 30th of April 1857. Regimental No. 317.
Embarked for England aboard the "Blenhiem."
Transferred to the 19th Hussars on the 1st of December 1861. Regimental No. 275.
Joined the Depot at Canterbury on the 27th of February 1866.
Discharged, "time expired", from Canterbury on the 23rd of July 1866.
Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasps for Alma, Balaclava, Inkerman and Sebastopol, and the Turkish medal.
Mutiny medal with clasp for Lucknow.
Served at Korsee.

His sister, Louisa, was living with them and was an Assistant at the Inn.
