Enlisted at Cahir on the 23rd of June 1845.

Age: 21.

Height: 5' 5".

Trade: None shown.

Service

Embarked for the Crimea aboard the H.T. "Medora" on the 27th of April 1845. "Confined" from the 21st of April 1855. Tried by a Regimental Court-martial on the 25th of April and sentenced to 50 lashes.

Died "in Camp" in the Crimea on the 26th of July 1855.

Next of kin: Wife, Ann Ryan, living in Dublin.

Medals & commemorations

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasps for Alma, Balaclava, Inkerman and Sebastopol.
