Born at Dalganny, Ireland, c.1818.

Enlistment

Enlisted at Dublin on the 9th of November 1838.

Age: 20.

Height: 5' 9".

Trade: Labourer.

Service

Slightly wounded in action at Balaclava.

Sent to Scutari on the 8th of November 1855.

Invalided to England (date not notified) but he was on the Depot roll at Brighton from the 12th of March 1855.

Rejoined the regiment at Cahir on the 1st of June 1856.

Died at Dalganny while there "on furlo" on the 27th of July 1856.

Medals

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasps for Alma, Balaclava, and Sebastopol, and the Turkish medal.
