Trade: Engineer.

Features: Fresh complexion. Grey eyes. Light brown hair.

Service

Joined the regiment in the Crimea on the 16th of July 1855.

Sent to Scutari on the 25th of August 1855.

Discharge & pension

Discharged "invalided," from Cahir on the 29th of June 1857.

Reason for discharge — Suffers from varicose veins of the right leg — from pre-disposition."

Served 2 years 98 days.

In Turkey and the Crimea: 9 months.

Conduct and character: "good".

Not in possession of any Good Conduct badges. Granted a pension of 8d per day for 9 months.

Medals & commemorations

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol, and the Turkish medal.

Death & burial

To live in Kingstown, Dublin on discharge.
