Conduct: "Indifferent". Not in possession of any Good Conduct badges.

Medals

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasps for Alma, Balaclava, Inkerman, Sebastopol, and the Turkish medal.

Commemorations

Sherriff's name was included in the 1877 list, but not in the 1879 revised list of members of the Balaclava Commemoration Society.
